1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DriveTest India website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any segment, please terminate app access.
2. Description of Service
DriveTest India provides driving licence test prep simulation resources (Question Bank CRUDs, Traffic Signs databases, Mock exams). All content is provided for self-study and learning purposes only. DriveTest India is an independent preparation product and is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or associated with any government RTO agency in India.
3. Appropriate Use
Users must not exploit database systems, attempt to extract questions in bulk (scraping), or inject malicious vectors. Registered users are solely responsible for maintaining login credential secrecy.
4. Disclaimers & Liabilities
While we strive to ensure RTO questions match current guidelines, DriveTest India provides materials on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee passing scores in the actual RTO regional driving licence test. We are not liable for any licensing failures or penalties.
